A few weeks ago, I decided that it's my goal to be able to do my splits again. My flexibility has decreased immensely over the past few years. I blame it on leaving cheer and gymnastics and picking up running! So this month's challenge is for me to do a minimum of 15 minutes of YOGA every day in May. I did this last year as well and felt very rejuvinated. I'm hoping this time around that I'll keep it up once May is over.
I'm going to use www.yogadownload.com as a resource as well as my own yoga knowledge and a program at my gym called Fitness on Demand (virtual instructor on a 10 foot screen in our group ex room. So awesome!) I'll be sure to share some of my favorite free online yoga videos with y'all to try as the month goes on. I'd love to hear what your favorites are as well!
