Go through this workout 2-3 times and you're good to go. You can even split it up and do each round at different times of day to increase your heart rate and get your blood flowing! If the weather is crummy, you can do this while watching tv! Or if you're looking forward to a nice sunny weekend, try it outside! I'll be doing it on the beach this Saturday for sure!
