Oh my glutes, quads and hamstrings! This is a great lower body burn all together, not just the butt. No worries, the booty is totally targeted though. This is great because you can do it anywhere since it requires no equipment!
You can change the 5 min run to 5 min of any cardio. The main goal is to get your heart rate up in between each exercise to increase calorie burn and improve cardiovascular fitness.

This has it all. Cardio, upper, lower and core. And it's hard. This is a seriously awesome workout. If the 99 intimidates you, start with 55 and below, then you can increase each time from there!
