Weekend {lack of} Shenanigans

Guess who has two thumbs and successfully had a kind of lazy weekend?!? This girl!!!

Seriously, for once I didn't over do it or over commit. I was in bed Friday by 9pm. Up and at 'em at 5am for an early morning, rainy run with Chandra followed by lots of cleaning and hanging out at Ashley & Tyler's while the pups got as muddy as possible. Sunday I studied, relaxed and watched t.v. before heading over to my parents for some pool time and yummy dinner! Not too bad right?

Now onto last week's workouts!

Sunday: Rest/Active Recovery / Taught Step
Monday: Strength + Stretch / Strength + Stretch + 3 miles
Tuesday: 3.5 mile run / OFF
Wednesday: Strength + 3 miles / Strength
Thursday: 35 min tempo run / OFF
Friday: Rest / 5 easy miles
Saturday: 7 mile run / 6.25 miles in the rain

Planned Mileage: roughly 17.25 miles
Actual Mileage: 14.25 miles

Now, I'm not one for excuses, but it's been a rough few weeks. Big things are coming my way though. I can feel it. Now it's time to get back on track. I have a feeling this week is going to be a good one!
