Monday, we meet again...

Dear Monday, this past weekend seriously could have gone on much longer and I wouldn't have been sad at all! Unfortunately, it came to an end and you arrived as usual. How about we try and be friends today. I would like for you to zoom to 5:00pm and then stretch out the remaining hours under your command. What do you think about that? It's a solid compromise. You do this and I will like you more. It's a win-win!

Moving along...this past weekend really was amazing. I had such a fun time celebrating my mom and sister in Corpus. I'll have a full recap post for you tomorrow. Today, I'm limited on time, so here's a little motivation to get you through your Monday along with a sneak peak from our Corpus photo shoot!

Last Week's Workouts
Monday: Softball double header
Tuesday: 3.25 mile run {8:35 pace}
Wednesday: 3.5 mile walk
Thursday: OFF
Friday: Awesome 100's cardio + total body moves workout!
Saturday: Playing at the beach {talk about a calorie burn, try running in water :)}
Sunday: 10 minute jog/spring, 20 minute elliptical {3.65 miles}; helping my sister move!




Forget tomorrow and start today! Getting started is always the hardest part. We get home from work and we're tired, so we say we'll work out tomorrow. Then tomorrow comes and is extended to the next tomorrow. In the grand scheme of things, tomorrow is a very vague word. So forget about tomorrow and start today. Today is another chance to get it right! Forget tomorrow and start today :)
