Happy Monday! Well it's definitely happy for me...I'm still off on my weekend getaway with the hubs. Recap and reveal on that coming tomorrow! All I know is that I'm definitely loving forward to a short week!
Last Week's Workouts
Monday: 3.3 mile run (8:35 pace) - 1.65 miles, 100s Sprint Workout, 1.65 miles
Tuesday: 4 mile run (8:22 pace)
Wednesday: 3 mile run (9:30 pace) with Miss Maggie
Thursday: 1.5 mile power walk with Magge; Pilates - abs, core, legs; 1.25 mile run (8:30 pace)
Friday: Suicide workout - Arms and Cardio - switched up some of the exercises to keep it interesting!
Sunday: 3 mile run at hotel!

O is for occupation: IT Sales Support Consultant, Group Exercise Instructor
P is for pet peeve: When people are late and when people bite their nails!

R is for random fact about you: I'm going to get started with yoga this month! So excited to embark in this new journey!
S is for favorite healthy snack: watermelon, Larabars, carrots and hummus
T is for favorite treat: Ice Cream // FroYo
U is for something that makes you unique: my arms hyper-extend which causes some issues with bowling, golfing and pretty much any sport that requires your arms to be precise :)
V is for favorite vegetable: Broccoli
W is for today’s workout: Golf! 18 holes :)
X is for X-rays you’ve had: Left arm - broke it roller blading in 5th grade. One bone came through my skin and the other one shattered leaving my forearm all mangled an in the shape of an L. Are you shuttering yet?
Toe - dropped a glass jar of spaghetti sauce and nearly slice my entire second toe off on my right foot in 10th grade.
Right pointer finger - Slammed it in the door my junior year of college. My nail bed popped out and went over my nail because of the force!
Y is for yesterday’s highlight: Exploring this super fun city with my hubby on our anniversary weekend getaway
