- 45 minute walk with the husband and pup
- 3.75 mile run (8:40 pace)
Monday: 2.25 mile run (8:28 pace)
Wednesday: Camp Gladiator Boot Camp (1 hour)
Friday: Camp Gladiator Boot Camp (50 minutes)
I'm not going to lie, last week was pretty light for me. I only ran 6 miles and I took 3 days off. I usually limit myself to 1 to 2 off days per week, but honestly, last week was an off week! I was crazy busy with work and preparations for my best friends bachelorette party. You know what? IT'S OKAY! It's okay to have off weeks and it's okay to have cheat days. There is nothing wrong with listening to your body and rewarding yourself. As long as you don't skip your workout every time you're sore and you don't cheat on your diet/healthy eating lifestyle more than every once in a while, then you're okay.

Next Monday I'll be posting an awesome full body workout using suicides...and no, you won't just be running suicides :) Get excited. Who knows, if I have time later in the week, I may even do it then. Don't worry, exercises will include visuals so you'll know what you should look like when you're performing the exercise!
