Now, I apologize for my several day absence! It has been a very crazy Thanksgiving weekend.
Thursday was full of family, friends, football (Packers and Aggies!) and TAILGATING!
Friday was our family Thanksgiving and I was sick...all day long. Not one little bit of Thanksgiving dinner entered my tummy. There is nothing sadder than not being able to eat on a holiday devoted to food...and good food at that!
Saturday I was feeling a bit better, but still a little rough around the edges. I finally went to see Twilight - Breaking Dawn Part 1 with my sister and friend Leah. It was definitely a great movie, but due to my fragile stomach condition, there were a few scenes that made me a little queasy! After the movie and lunch at Panera, we decided to go home and bake since it was a cold and rainy day. We made nutella puppy chow and cookie-Oreo-brownie deliciousness.

I know, you don't have to tell me just how amazing my iPhone photography skills are...
Later Saturday night, several old friends came over for fajitas and game night! We played Apples to Apples and Loaded Questions for HOURS!
Sunday was a wonderful family day. It was the last day the whole family would be together until JP and I make it back for Christmas! We watched football (Go Texans!), helped Momma clean the house and then put up Christmas decorations. It was lots of fun annoying the boys with our Christmas music and cheerful moods while all they wanted to do was glue their butts to the couch and eyes to the television :)

Until next time...
With love and God bless,

Tailgating is SO much fun! My husband and I went to a pro football game a few years ago and that was my favorite part :) Your tree looks beautiful!!
